On paper, a Counsel is above PA and below Fartner. In 'essence', counsel is a PA- the designation changes but the role or job responsibilities remain same.
I've seen the designation many times, people becoming Counsels instead of PAs or fresh PAs becoming Counsels, but what exactly is the post and how does it differ from a regular PA/Partner? Is a Counsel above a PA?
