Work culture in the CM team can be rough due to huge deal values and fresher pay is 80k per month making it around 10l per annum after bonuses. Consider the firm only for core capital markets and/or structured finance because there isn't any work across other verticals. With that being said, good luck!

might be that 75-85/90k range in capital markets. They have a lot of work and Sangeeta deals with both Indian and foreign clients. Plus anyone in Mumbai law circles will tell you that Rajani is the go to firm in midsized ECM work so yeah, might be a good bet for someone to start out their career in that trajectory. Barring RA, Crawford and Kanga also have good work in CM (not as bulky as Rajani though).
