Everyone knows associate level pay but the actual money starts at SA1 and SA2 level. What is the fixed pay at these levels as of today and range of bonus. Actual figures will be helpful.
SA1 - 2.20L fixed plus 10-12L bonus
SA2 - 2.45L fixed plus 12-14L bonus*

* indicative amount. The amount can be more or less.
what's the difference between "in hand" vs " after TDS deduction". Same no dude?

You mean to ask "in hand" vs "Before TDS"
CAM doesn't give salary,it gives beggarship money to all its employees given how it treats its employees worse than beggars.Anyways none of their promises hold good,so why ask at all about CAM salary.
Who's going to explain the 200 bands of CAM to understand their salary structure created in a way to not be understood?
Stop fibbing. I understand 46-47 is max for SA2 (including bonus).
Might be true for other tuchchi practices, but Competition team gets a premium. That's the perk of working under the firm's rainmaker.
45LPA to 47LPA

27 fixed + 12 bill sharing + 7 bonus
51LPA to 55LPA

36 fixed + 12 bill sharing + 7 bonus
Which team / location / practice area do you guys work at?
I made 40lakhs as SA1 (25.2 lakhs + 8 + 7.5)
The teams that actually work at JSA make the highest across all law firms due to the bill share.

Hours are bad but the 8% makes up for it. It’s 16 to 18 lakhs over and above the 26 lakhs fixed and 6 lakhs bonus. Do the math yourself!
Any guesses, how much SA/PA makes in dsk legal/ELP/LKS???
PA bands at DSK are around 32 - 45 lakhs. Associate Partners start from 45 fixed and onwards.
yup, DSK Principal bands are between 35 to 45 lakhs and Associate Partners are between 45 to 60 lakhs. Freshly minted Partners start from 50 lakhs fixed (25 to 30 lakhs variable) and so on. I think Mumbai office folks get paid slightly more than Delhi.
