How many firms have a separate Pharma and healthcare law practice? How bright is the prospect of this area of law
NDA has a Pharma practice, dunno how good or bad it is
For the idiots who disliked, I meant Nishith Desai Associates (NDA). Not the man himself. I thought that was pretty clear.
Why trollish? Both sides of the story should be allowed.
Some firms claim to have a healthcare and pharma team, but don't have any employees who claim to work in that area. Seems to be largely namesake. Your best bet is probably an in house role.
Finally this post throws some light on the purpose of this thread. What a circuitius route for recruitment!
Apparently because a lot of trolls / newbie-trolls are busy in this post... :)
Only one Tier 1 has. CAM. Others have partners who do pharma work.

NDA has but only academic.

Smaller firms are there but they are doing off hand work. Arogya, CLG, Spice
NDA has a flourishing practice that is well respected in the industry. It has been consistently ranked top tier.
very small pratice and they do other matters to hit their (low) targets
This used to be the case but the practice has been on a decline for the past few years. There is not much work now and the team only has juniors.
Could anyone please shed some light on what this sector of work entails? I never knew such an area existed as well. Would be really grateful if someone could do so. Thanks in advance!
