Hi this was such a genuine question.
Please publish it as I needed an answer. Why is it still not?
Apologies, had been missed in moderation, indeed a genuine question.
Please take it up. Work-Life is same everywhere. The fee charged varies :) Some teams are particularly horrible - if you're stuck with one of those, move on after a year with a huge uplift in your pay
Been slogging it at a T1. I will continue to do so unfortunately as I have loans and bills to pay. Would have taken a different route if circumstances were better tbh.
Such a pertinent and relevant question.
Same doubt running in my mind as someone has just begun doing the same.
Any thoughts or views would be appreciated.
There is nothing to moderate in my response. Please release it.
Exactly. I think the comment poster has forgotten that I am an A0.
Adding to this query, do T1/T2 firms hire directly after such a short stint at a boutique firm ? If yes where/whom to apply ?
No, on the contrary, your experience of even 2-3 years at a tier 2/3 firm will be shaved off when you join a tier 1.
My bad. I have completed 4 years. After increments get announced by salary would be around 17/18 LPA including bonus!
First you get a job in a T1/T2 firm. That in itself is a long journey. Once a have offers you can take a call. No point in making hypothetical plans unless you a T1/T2 offer.
Read the query , he has received an offer already.
Oh noo. Personally, I think you have taken the correct decision as of now.
One of the most interesting threads I have seen in a while.
LI at times really outdoes itself, when there are genuine questions, and not random questions like the Ranbir Kapoor one and What do girls think about good looks etc. bs.
Any other advice from the rest?
Has OP made the correct decision?
