I have seen at a lot of places stating NLUs have a holistic and practical approach to teaching laws. But what exactly it is? Is it just a bogus claim by the Elite NLU tag holders to keep their superiority in Indian legal education field? Coz we know most NLUs today have hardly been established well with lack of funds and good teachers but somehow they have the tag and so have that style?
But why can't more established non-nlu colleges like GLC, SLS-P, Jindal, etc. can't replicate this "World-Class Teaching model" and are inferior to our Godly NLUs. Literally these colleges have better faculties, support and student pool better than 70% of NLUs have and we all know it. Does BCI and UGC only allow NLUs having the method?
Remember NLUs werent a thing some 40 yrs before and back and TLC model was the prevalent one. So how come when first NLU (Honorable NLSIU Bangalore) was established, TLC law grads started it right? They taught in that model so how come they adjust to a far superior and practical learning process to brightest children in the entire universe?
Harish Salve, Ram Jethmalani, etc did their courses from TLC style methodology, isn't it? Then how come they become more successful than an A0 of tier 1 NLU getting placement at Tier-1 firm? Isn't that against the law of nature? Coz NLU kids have been taught so practically that they can become Judges of ICJ, Netherlands in their 3rd year itself.
So what is this NLU teaching style only NLUs have? Why is it despite it being flawless, the new NLUs can't even survive but for the tag they belong to?

There is no such pan NLU method. The student pool in good NLUs and the Sunni l alumni are much better than the private places that you mentioned, which is the reason behind their success. Nor do the non NLUs have 'better faculty'. A teacher's ability does not come from their degrees alone.
