1. The female founder can make your life hell.
2. She clearly discriminates women as she thinks women are less employable since they suffer from menstruation and get cramps and therefore their productivity is less compared to men (she has gone out to the extent of saying that).
3. She will go out of her way to say bad things about you to others in the firm (and outside also) if she ends up disliking you.
4. She can yell at the top of her voice if she just happens to be in a bad mood.
5. She is capable to constantly compare you with others in the firm and humiliate you all the time (even in front of others)
6. The worst thing is you be a offered one profile but you be expected to major work outside your profile.
7. You may feel like it's not a firm a but a sole proprietorship.
8. She may expect you to work even if you are sick enough to admitted in the hospital.
9. Over all, join her if you want the best torture of your life and run away from this hell as far as possible.
10. WFH may be counted as leave. Getting leave will become next to impossible.
11. You have to note down even your loo breaks in your time sheet.

I am assuming we're all talking about [...]. Nonetheless, I quit in 2020, really happy I did. It's a pity that the firm continues to operate in the same manner and things have only gotten worse.
