Try a field which is less time sensitive, perhaps real estate. Read everything you can on your subject and specialise. ADR is also an option, of course. Most importantly, try to heal your migraine (identify triggers and how to avoid them / taking timely medicine), deal with the breakdown (go for therapy) and of course your other health issues. Mostly, always remember, your health, mental and physical, always comes first! All the best!
As someone who's battled cancer in school days and doing well in law school now (I hope), here's me giving you some encouragement. Things will be fine. You'll do well. God bless!
A wise person has said, "Treasures of the body are more important than treasures of the storehouse".
Focus on your health first. Get absolutely fine. Don't over stress your body for aT1 career. I wish I could meet you in person and tell my story. I started my law career at 28. Worked for smaller firms for good 3-4 years and then shifted to a T1. I may appear to be a bit 'behind' the peers but that is completely ok.
