1. Pls take 30 mins and go on a walk with no devices at the same time. Just be with your thoughts . your commute from office to home/PG is not a walk. That's you avoiding traffic. By walk I mean walk in a quiet place like a park or in your own terrace.
2. 10 mins of mantra chanting / affirmation or mindfulness
That's a start to begin with. I am not sure if i can post links to youtube videos which helped me with depression and anxiety attacks. Please note that mind will revolt to your new lifestyle and it needs time to adjust. Dont start to judge yourself harshly if you are irregular in your practise. Coming back is more important.
Everything will be fine with you, I am sure and you will be healthy in mind and body in 3 weeks. I am sure.
