We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.
Therefore, in using the site, you must agree to do your best to uphold these community guidelines.

Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
1. Is funding provided for both domestic and international moots?
2. Is funding conditional on winning/reaching a certain level?
3. Does it include only the registration fee or does it also cover the cost of travel and lodging?
4. Is it limited only to the expenses of the team, or is funding extended to the coach as well?
For HNLU -
1. Funding is granted for domestic moots, domestic rounds of international moots and international moots with some qualifying stage (a domestic round, written submissions, CV/application based filtering etc). For international moots with no qualifying stage, funding is subject to the admin's discretion.
2. There are no other conditions attached, only the internal MCC processes have to be complied with.
3. Full reg fee is covered, along with 3A train fare (domestic) and economy fare (international) and a per diem allowance.
4. Travel and other allowances for the coach are not provided.
1. Full funding is granted for domestic and international Moot, ADR, Debate, Mock Trial, Treaty Negotiation competitions.
2. Funding doesn't depend on the winning/reaching a certain level.
3. It includes registration fee, AC-3 fare of Rajdhani/Duranto Express (dynamic fare doesn't make any difference). Mostly students travel through flight and get full reimbursement as the flight fares are generally less than AC-3 Rajdhani fares. The University also reimburses cab fares.
I'm not sure about the reimbursement policy of international competitions as no team has ever travelled to another country. 1 team travelled to Indonesia for some kind of competition but it was not officially representing the University.
4. I'm not sure about the coach.
Further, the University has same reimbursement policy for Sports and Cultural Fests.
