Resultantly, I have taken courses to learn the nuances of M&A, which is very interesting and I am planning to write multiple papers on the same in the course of the next 2-3 months, and then I am planning to start applying to top firms.
Will doing this actually could increase my chances to get into top firms in M&A practice? Should I also start networking on LinkedIn with M&A partners and share my written pieces with them (will it be annoying for them? or is it just unnecessary)
The main reason for the switch: My family is disappointed with the salary I am getting. My mom tells relatives that, I am still an intern; as the salary is kind of laughable for the family; as a result, it has broken me up and down. Have been a disappointment to the family. Never mind, therefore, the change. :-P
