Which foreign law firms already have foot on the ground in India (Delhi or Mumbai eg) - at least unofficially? Not talking about a tie up with an indian firm (exclusive or otherwise), but direct presence? A few large law firms used to keep a discreet marketing presence till before covid i hear. post covid has that changed?
