1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Lawyer with 6 PQE in tax. Confident in my resume and selection. Would like to shift to T1 as a lateral. Thank you for your time.
SAM IDT : depending on which line (DT/IDT) you are looking at it. IDT Completely out of the box and totally practical guys (except [...]), but the other two Mutt and Jeff are well, people you can look up to and really learn.
Khaitan IDT: led by the one. He can show the way. But, lacking in some respects
Tri IDT: HE who sleeps, if he opens his third eye, knowledge will flow
CAM IDT: don/t think exists
Tri - talking about SS or SM?
JSA IDT - any review?
CAM - No IDT team since Mekhla left
Were you the AR or you worked under one?
What's the commercials like?
What should I do if I wish to become one in the future?
Whats the work like?
Thanks a lot in advance, if you do throw some light.
This is important because DT/IDT practice is different in all T-1 firms.
