The nearest metro is Saket metro station on the Yellow line. Cant afford to spend more than 10K ±2k on rent. 1 BHK would suffice. Car parking would be welcome, but is not a deal-breaker. Would ideally like to avoid changing a metro.
The first google search led me to a few 1 BHKs in Khirki ext., but my Dad thinks its quite a down-market area.
I interned at an NGO in Khirki once. It's really not the best place to live. Try finding something in SDA or Malviya Nagar, albeit you might need a flatmate or two to find good accomodation in those places.
