We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

My batch which used to be one of the most united, helpful, selfless batch, with students helping each other w/o any favours has turned upside down in a matter of few months.
Now, massive disunity, selfishness, egoism, back-bitching, toxicity has slowly seeped through in our batch. Though it's comparatively v. low as compared to my senior batch (gnlu-24 where the situation has gone out of control presently) however I fear that in a few months time my batch also does not end up in the same place.
LI users please advice and help. Our batch needs it urgently. I want my batch to its original state, can't let it become toxic.
Secondly, you should have made your circle of friends already. Of course, you can't trust everybody, law school is competative and jobs are less. Of course people will become toxic from now on because internships are not in abundance and everybody wants the first bite/place, it's part of the process nothing to whine about.
Lastly, please don't make such juvenile threads and don't give a bad repute to the college. It's humiliating to see you guys whining about GNLU's toxicity here. It just makes us sound juvenile, have you seen students of other law schools whining so much? Please, don't ruin the name and grow a pair.
Regards,
Your Senior
If u had spend time on improving the extreme level of Toxicity and selfishness in your junior batches, instead of writing comment here, it would have been better for both of us. We are not whining we are just telling the plain truth.
I can understand you guys are online kids and have no idea how law school works but stop making this moronic threads. It's disgusting how you guys are creating no value and just tarnishing the reputation. Why don't you go and study instead or do something productive? Stop wasting your precious time whining about irrelevant, juvenile things.
Grow up!
However, since u do not know anything abt how the junior batches actually are u will never know the real problems we face. Get out of your ivory tower nd u will see that things have changed drastically for the juniors.
Nd i am not the only one whining, half of the toxic batch of ours is fed up.
"Hell is empty, all the devil's are here"
1. What is the purpose of batch unity? What is sought to be achieved? Are you going to collectively protest against some major injustice?
Unity is required where there is a common objective. Students come to a university to build their individual careers and not solve some problem like the way it is done in a research lab, NGO, corporate, army, etc. Accordingly, unity will not serve any purpose.
2. Are you strong enough to stand alone?
Work on yourself, become internally strong and do not rely on others. Only then unity can be achieved. A group of self-doubting/weak/non-reliant individuals can never remain united.
