They aren't unless they are purposely made that way by senior by abusing and compelling a junior to do something which he has no knowledge about and then telling him he is worthless and using slangs. Just like my senior does
The trick seem to have worked.
Junior's obsession with LI finally put to some good use.
Most ridiculous post ever read. How are you even a senior? Covering your face behind this anonymous post. I guess you are scared of the junior instead hence you are not able to approach him/her directly.

Get some life, courage.

This is so ridiculously passive aggressive that I almost wonder if you have your own books, because who would pay for your communication skills when you can’t even give a junior feedback?
I moved in-house at a series D company. If you’re able to get a good feel of the culture and they offer comparable pay, it’s a good space to be in.
Hello, Can you please elaborate on how you got out of this T1 rut ?? I am actively looking for opportunities that would provide some semblance of work-life balance. Do not see myself being here for too long.

Oh please,Mr/Miss gracious take your "notice" skills and go escalate as much as you want.
Bhai/behen - dhang se likh le. - tere paanw pakadta huun.
Why do you want me to break my phone?
U seem 2 b a kind soul. However u r dng a disservice to ur junior by posting on dis forum. B direct n talk to him. Escalation is d last resort.
Arre bhai if you ignore it, how will the junior even know there's a mistake? Good that you noticed, now give him/her some constructive advice on what was wrong, and move on.
