Humans make mistakes. Especially junior lawyer humans who are called juniors precisely because they are still learning the ways of the incredibly complex legal world. That's why firms pay you, senior humans way way more so that you can catch those mistakes and help your junior rectify it!
Seniority isn't just a designation OP, you gotta act it too!
How annoyed with you would I have to be, to actually intentionally make mistakes? Have you considered there is a bigger problem here?
I can't leave cause I have EMIs and you can't convince another sucker to take my place cause of your reputation.

Acknowledge, that the role or rank has nothing really to do with overall legal skills but the ability to fill roles effectively?

Also, you posting something so juvenile showcases how you never developed emotionally and don't know how to handle things. If I was the owner of the firm I would be more worried about people like you.
If we choose to ignore certain slips, it doesnt mean that we haven't noticed. Remember, we were in your shoes a few years ago and know
when a mistake is genuine and when intentional . So please, if the senior has overlooked something once, it doesn't give you the license to repeat it.
I am posting it here since the junior I m talking about visits this forum frequently and I want to give him/her another opportunity before escalating the matter.
