Indian lawyers mostly co-ordinate CS + CA and foreign lawyers in setting up the structure.
Also, I personally think any lawyer with interest can try to start a career in this area if one remains persistent. I don’t believe that you need to be an IP lawyer to succeed since many laws surrounding this are still developing. Would love to hear folks’ thoughts on this as well. Thanks!
