This idea that judges should be untouchable is ridiculous especially when you have political appointees like in America. But also here. Judges already in reality serve their political pay masters. It shouldn’t be punishable of court for the little guy to expose them. Sometimes the courts are contemptible .
blame definitely lies with the clerk who leaked it, no sensible media outlet would have refused this story of a lifetime

The leak is inexcusable and threatens the Court’s functioning. The most plausible explanation is that it’s someone on the left engaged in civil disobedience—so yet again it’s those who bemoan the “loss of norms” who break them. Cf. court-packing, attacking legitimacy, etc.
