I still want to remain connected with the area. Wondering whether sports law is a field where I could work.
Sports Law lawyers - could you please tell what is the work you do? Is it the least bit exciting? Or is it similar to corporate transactions, which I've heard is very mundane and repetitive?
What are areas of law that I should study if I want to be in this field? It would be helpful if you could also tell what the pay is like.
TIA!

- Fields like sports law and entertainment law depend a lot on IP enforcement. In India we have a very poor culture of IP enforcement.
- We are a one-sport country. Abroad there are many big sports industries: tennis, football, basketball, F1, baseball, Olympic sports, golf, rugby, winter sports, MMA etc. Not applicable here.
So those interested in these fields should go abroad and settle there.
and throw in a bit of gaming/gambling laws.
