How much money are they going to make? Does a newly promoted partner make north of 1 crore?
Please reply only if you genuinely know the answer.
Going by the past, only Shishir, Ravi, Mehta and Dhir have made close to 80 L in first year of partnership.
How much compensation does a corporate partner get after 4/5 years of experience as a partner (Essentially at around 15 PQE)?
If someone could throw some light on this, it would be great. Thanks!
If yes, what's the Delhi NCR HR's LinkedIn @

This list just looks and sounds trollish
WTF are these names? Did he just open a list of flowers and start naming them?
YELLOW SUNFLOWER (This is redundancy, lol), MOGRA, PETUNIA, RED POPPY, CALLALILY, HYCINTH, WHITE BLOSSOM, LAVENDER, BOUGAINVILLEA
"TUMERIC" is the odd one out, lol
These names sounds more like the names of women's lingerie brands :D
Run the MCA search and you shall realise.
Now, please do elaborate what is the βspecial purposeβ with which the various entities were established at the same office as that of CAM.
Before you jump on the βmarquee investment firmβ bandwagon once again, do realise that neither the Shroffβs nor CAM are authorised by any Indian regulator to deal with investment funds of various investors.
uff.. the mouth on me...
And for the record, can someone (apart from paid CAM bots) please share what makes [...] or [...] worthy of partnership? They are both lazy and daft.
Guess brown-nosing does get you to (supposedly) high places in CAM.
https://www.legallyindia.com/lawfirms/cam-promotes-23-to-partner-20210505-12072
Last year there were 153 partners. This year with 22 promotions, that means the number of partners without countingbthis years promotions had gone down to 138 which means 15 partners exited CAM in 2021-22.Thata big wevn by CAM standards because exit of about 10 percent partners in a year is seriously high.
Anyways,Congratulationa to the new partners.May they too find greener pastures.
Its all about the money. Law as a practice is a business like any other professional service. The sooner everyone realises this and the fact that any and all socialist (free dole outs) concepts are not applicable in todays capitalist age, the sooner can people adjust to the new norm and make their own money.
Money talks. Farts walk!

Hardworking associates delivering consistently high performance have been ignored to make space for promoting ppl who have closed basically one transaction in three years!
Entitlement needs to stay at home with the TV remote.
Do you intend to declare to the world that a CAM PA is a glorified SA?
Or do you intend to declare to the world that one doesnβt need to be practical, or competent, or a capable team leader, or have any decent BD skills to become a PA in CAM?
Given that ppl like [...] and [...] have been promoted to partnership, itβs clear that all other firms apart from CAM have institutionalised basic standards for identifying capable partners and CAM continues to strongly believe that the only relevant criteria for promotion is brown nosing, grubbing or being related to LV.
Honestly, after [...] and [...] elevation as CAM partners, various partners of Magic Circle firms provided CSS candid recommendations for having some form of quality filter in place prior to βletting anyone and everyone with a pulse and ~9-10 years at CAM become a partnerβ. One could only have hoped that CSS wasnt foolish enough to ignore such recommendations, but clearly this years promotions tell a story of only brown-nosing being rewarded while years of hard work of deserving others is thrown out with the bath water! Shameful!
don't miss the honest opinion, "well most of them",of the commenter.......who acknowledges some may not have deserved to make it........cant stop there at that statement......lets say it....some who didn't deserve the damn "partner"ship made it at the expense of those who truly deserved the "partner"ship. And this is the damn story every year.A bunch of undeserving candidates keep making it and eventually these fools have to be tolerated by one and all.Very soon you have a bunch of incompetent partners who are running a "law" firm
.
Only hope that these deserving candidates see the truth of what has happened in place of buying into the normal BS of not being ready for partnership!
Comp folks, is this the largest ever promotion round seen for any firm?
π
kuch bhi...
Why are you getting so roused?
Sach bol, you are one of those guys who were outed as terrible SA/ PA to work with na? Lag ta hai genuine appreciation dekh ke tumko jaalan ho raha(i) hai!
