Bro then pay them like they're trained. The only reason corp pays so much is not soley because they bill more. It is because if you don't pay, the best will always switch or leave. Nothing wrong if you want to pay less, except the same quality of candidates then.
Id rather slog my ass in a t1 dispute team and waste my potential rather than take money from home at an age of 24 to support myself.

I am moving from a law firm environment to litigation. I always wanted to litigate and thankfully I have some parental support to help me for the next few years. However, the low pay is why I delayed my decision to litigate (as have many of my friends).
Of course, I know I will get to learn a lot more and do intellectually stimulating work as a litigator. But you do know that juniors are not paid enough money in litigation. Think about this. If I could easily pocket north of a lakh a month in a firm (and a good bonus) v. getting barely 25k in litigation - how would I be able to choose litigation.
Assuming you are in Delhi and you are willing to pay 50+ I can put you in touch with my juniors/ classmates who would definitely be a great addition to any litigation chamber.
One major reason people leave firms is to go and work for a good boss - so I hope on that front as well you intend to try hard.

That question is the sole reason no decently talented/sincere person wants to be a litigator anymore. Food delivery agents get more salary and perks than these so called great lawyers offer their juniors.
Please do not argue on this like a retard "but in litigation, sky is the limit". No, it's not. 95% of litigators in this country will never make more than 1L in their entire lives. But a basic engineering graduate from a tier-3 college working in Infosys/TCS will after a few years at least. And btw, they will also "get paid to learn" in their initial 5 years.

I guess mediocre Indian litigation unkills still feel they are god.
The moment you give enough salary to buy food you will get half decent juniors.
There are many lucrative fields in India these days. Litigation will not attract talent unless a bare minimum Poverty wages are given.
