Follow a lot of law firm LinkedIn pages, big or small, have seen many firms put out vacancies on there. Also connect with Partners, PAs and SAs from different firms working in a practice area you're interested in, have also seen these people put out vacancy posts regularly.
Lastly don't limit yourself to T1 firms. Smaller firms can turn out to be worth it too. Especially when someone is in a position like you are.
