I would really like an honest opinion about partnerships at family firms like Sam cam Luthra etc
Genuine question, was he really earning 2.5 or so?
Heard he had a team of 8-10 people, so he must have to be bringing in 10 cr revenue approx
Looks big in disputes

Real partnership means one main with a gigantic ego cannot throw him out of the firm within the span of one hour when he's partner. That with 70 partners instead of one family head he has some semblance of due procedure to protect his "partner"ship.
There would very well be more working independence
what does "real partnership" mean when there are like 70 partners and a formula that determines your compensation. How are you meaningfully better off?
The big league is losing people to smaller platform.Maybe the loudmouth braggart calling Trilegal a "smaller platform" pull up its pants doe strong competition from smaller platform.Trilegal proves that to be actions speaking louder than pompous words.
Since other 'industry leaders' are joining Trilegal, what will happen to the ones those who are already there and eyeing to be a part of MC? Heard that they are planning to move to other firms. Is that true?
They need the firepower.Thry need to kick a large ass.

He would have been given equity and a chance at a real partnership. This partnership of non family members is nothing but a tag at these family firms.Their reward is money,no one gets much to say if even given a seat at big bosses table.

As my username suggests, the "Smaller Platform" is small only in terms of the number of constituents. It's a force to be reckoned with otherwise.

And unlike Cyril Bin Tughlaq or Donald Trump, it doesn't have small hands.
