No one will fault you for leaving. If youre not liking it start looking as itll take you time to find smthn else wnyway
If its not working for you just leave. It’ll save the firm a lot of hassles later
this is the log kya kahenge of questions. Do what you want man. Do you really want to sacrifice your wellbeing and happiness just so some randoms you dont care to work with dont say or think unflattering stuff about you?
Dude most of the peeps in GNLU'24 r fed up of the batch, bc of a few noojies. Are any of them quitting the college, so what is forcing you to quit?
The Toxicity, you can ask anybody, is way more than your law firm. Hope this helps.
Everyone knows how work environments are at which firms.Better to start applying and move elsewhere rather than worry about how soon it is or how it looks to recruiters. If the firm interviewing thinks your a good candidate they will hire you.
You aint a bonded labourer...if you are not liking the place leave it.
I recently joined a firm (lateral entry) but not liking it. Is it okay to start applying to other firms two months after joining? How do they take it? Or should I wait for some more time before applying to other firms?
