As for having sex (heterosexual sex), I don’t think they would be allowed in so easily. Anyway, there are plenty of other places. I’ve had sex at the basketball court (earlier it was a good spot, now it gets busy), behind the auditorium (a lot), and the best place was near the Animal Law Centre. One time, I even had sex on a jhula, which was also good. But the problem is, as a cis het male who wanted to hide his affairs to avoid gossips, I could not sneak in girls, and these places were the only resort.

Have you really seen or read about people with no disabilities using washrooms meant for PWD? Leaving aside the intention and design with which PWD bathrooms are built, do you really think people who are averse to gender neutral bathrooms will accept PWD washrooms being made open to trans persons? This is a combination of needless wokeism and a publicity gimmick by Faizan Mustafa to get him and the college into the headlines. In reality, gender-neutral bathrooms have existed for many years in colleges both in India and abroad. I refer to the wheelchair-access bathrooms, which are wheelchair-friendly and have a separate gender-neutral sign, I.e. just a picture of a wheelchair. Both men and women who are in a wheelchair may use this bathroom, plus non-disabled men and women may use these if the regular bathrooms are full. Plus, if a transgender person feels uncomfortable using the men’s or women’s bathroom, then they may use this bathroom. This bathroom also guarantees privacy.

Thus, the first university in the world or the first university in India to have a gender-neutral bathroom is that university which had the first wheelchair access bathroom. Any university which has a wheelchair-bathroom does not need to have a separate bathroom for trans genders. This is nothing but mindless wokeism. If you want transgender people to feel welcome then next to the wheelchair sign you can have a T sign, for transgender.
