However, the biggest disappointment of the Modi government so far has been the inability to enact major judicial and educational reforms. The following actions must be taken asap:
- National Judicial Service like IAS
- Nationalisation of NLUs
- Entry of foreign universities in India

2. Also, UCC is must. Why should people be treated differently based on their religion?
3. In earlier times the majority would suffer because of appeasement politics. Nobody cared about the majority because the majority was divided into caste. Also, the minority religion which was appeased were still downtrodden as nobody really bother to stabilize their society instead they were used as a vote band. BJP has stopped appeasement politics. The divide was always there it's just that people have become more confident in describing their ordeals.
4. Please don't talk about CAA if you don't understand what it is for. Go to Dhubri district in Assam and you'll understand how illegal immigrants have captured land afer land. The indigenous population has already started to vanish.
UCC may sound good in theory, but there has zero indication of the common norms to be adopted being developed by all stakeholder consultation. It is merely going to be the majority community norms that the minority will be made to follow. This government can't even properly implement GST and absorb its shocks on the economy. Chances of it being able to tackle murky domains like personal laws are very less.
As for NRC/ CAA, your arguments are completely rubbish. People on whose votes the parties come to power will be made to have to prove that they did have a right to vote. Scores of people who've bled and contributed to the country have already been persecuted in the name of this charade across the detention camps in the states where this has been sought to be implemented. Nobody cares about those who cannot pay bribes or don't have contacts in high places, unfortunately. As for giving citizenship in a discriminatory manner to people of certain religion, that's not what the Constitution supports. If the focus is to save people from persecution, then why not make that the only factor instead of determining which religion they belong to?

Legal services sector is one of the most highly protected services sector in India, which obviously allows a small set of Law Firms which are competitive within themselves but averse to international competition, like most Indian businesses (see history of Tata / Birla lobbying for favorable trade policy). The people who suffer are most of those on retainers, low pay in a highly concentrated market. Policies, especially trade, don't change overnight because of elections. Must is to build broad consensus among stakeholders, give a correct timeline for reforms and then do it.
