As of March 2022, does NDA provide for offline internships? To the best I know, they had done away with offline internships hence having no difference between a normal internship and a vol-internship programme. Is it the case right now as well?

Also, do these vol-internships have a chance for call backs/PPOs as well?

Any leads are appreciated!
Its the same as a normal internship. There are essentially no offline internships. There is a chance for a callback but they take a lot of interns, sometimes around 40 for a month. Make sure you work with as many people as possible. Express your desire to work early on. Apply for an extension also, if you can.
Don't stress too much. Do not ruin your schedule. Do not bend over backward just impress. That being said, do work hard! If not here, you will eventually get a job somewhere. Good luck!
Bump, do they accept interns without reference? if so, how long do they take to confirm?

Is is possible to get an internship in NDA by applying manually through their website/application form/email and without any references? If yes, how much time does it take to get confirmation of selection/rejection? Also, do they they accept interns who are in their 3rd year? Any NLU bias as such?
No NLU bias. NDA's appeal with the top NLU has been diminishing both for full time and internship. There is hardly any associate from NLUs esp the top tier ones at NDA presently, and it is also not hiring from any of those schools.

In terms of internship experience it has both good and bad sides. Almost all worthy seniors have left, and if you don't work with NJ or NMD himself then the quality is missing. The flip side is that since there aren't too many seniors, interns get meaty work because NDA is heavily dependent on interns to get the work done.
Thank you so much. Do they take in interns who are in their 3rd year also?
yes they do, although you need to follow up quite a lot to ensure that your application is reviewed.
