I really wish I could move to the NCR with affordable housing.
On your charni road point - So I come from a small town, and move to a big city with hopes of living a good big city life and providing for my family. I work on average 10 hours every weekday, 6 days a week, 4 weeks a month and 12 months in a year. Now what do you think it'll do to me living in an area that pretty much looks just like my hometown. Not good for moral. Trains are not at all crowded because i take the AC trains. 890 Rs. a month.

Subah ka local kitna crowded hota hai? Is it not a struggle everyday? Can you not live at Charni Road, Marine Drive, etc. for semblance of no-concrete and emptier local trains?

Hi my dude. don't be to quick to judge.
I spend, out of my monthly income, 18 percent on rent (45K), and max 10 percent on other expenses household expenses (max 25 K). I don't have a car which i need to maintain or pay EMIs on. I dont have to book an uber every time i want to step out of my Crecent bay or omkar veda flat. I ride the train to office. I invest upwards of 60 percent of my monthly salary on passive + Active investments. My ROI has been at a CAGR of 19 percent over the last 4 years. I have bought an apartment in my home town with a mortgage as an investment + a tax savings means.
So yes - i'm personally quite well off - and no - im not financially illiterate. Just an average guy with a big as ****.
On average people staying in Parel spend 35 on rent plus 13 on electricity and food. I'm paying just 10 to 15 more a month. But do you see what that gets me bandra/khar/santa cruz. The most happening place in the city, beautiful women all around/ loads of activities and extra-curricular classes like dancing and boxing. Mind you these are all one quick auto ride away.
2.2 ka answer is more or less it. please talk to other A0s/ A1s from your team. They will be in a good position to help you out.
I stay in Pali hill, Bandra West, with a rent thats 45K for a single room in a huge 3BHK + upwards of 25 K per month on grocery/electricity/MISC expenses. Stay in a nice location dude and stay clear of townships in parel. an extra 10K to 15K a month is definitely worth it.
