damn! earning more than 10 crores since 2019-20.

How do you even get the motivation to continue working once you have earned so much in 5 years. Guessing there would be clawback clauses which would force one to stay for at least 5-10 years.
makes one wonder that its not just about increasing pay YoY that motivates a person to work.
And he quit in a year to join Games 24X7 as CLO. Makes me wonder if there are certain in-house positions (like CLO, etc.) that pay even more than law firms.
Mukesh Bhavnani is 65. Please read the 197 statement 197 statement again. Aur aise DD May karna yar plz.
Got to know that she makes USD 1 million cash and around 800 in stocks. 12 + crores .. not bad!
Haha yes forgot to mention that, probably gives a good idea of what senior partners at big law firms make!
There are a few which pay better. Inderpreet at Infosys will be pulling around 1 million USD.
To add, he is pulling 3 CR at the age of around 65 with 40+ years of experience. While the numbers may be high, the age factor also needs to be considered in case you are solely comparing between law firms and in-house on a monetary basis.
Thanks. Is the Bharti Airtel GC compensation package the highest in the listed company world? Is there any other company (whether listed or not) that offers a better package?
What happened to the policy which prohibited discussing compensation with peers?
Law firm associates get anywhere from 30k to 130k. You're lesser than what firm?
Currently with Goldman Mumbai office as an Associate. Pay is lower than what Law firm associates get. Not sure what my boss pulls.
