FY 2021-2022 bonus still not paid, even though its 2023. Better off not considering bonus aspect in your ctc, as you'll never get it. Certain that management is eating the interest received.

D&D will have the desire to pay but cannot make the calculations for 9 months. Its taking longer than a gestation period for the monies to come. However, every year there is a delay but this time they would rather not pay. D&D (delhi and gurgaon) support each other to not pay.

Most people left post march but bonus is yet not paid.
Delhi office has not paid in a year and as there is no HR, there is no remedy. Delhi is the worst in payment with a partner who does not care!
They never pay and they do not care. Try following it up and it will be like hitting your head to a wall.
