The Spice Route Legal page on Instagram has memes on (the lack of) work-life balance, and the generally messed up culture in law firms. Is this for real? Are they trolling themselves?

IMO that page is very insulting to their associates, and it is not managed by an associate they have separate team for stuff like this. Glorifying poor work culture through memes adds insult to injury. Making memes is one thing and making fun of your associates is another.
