Why not allow casual formals or decent informals?
At least, learn something from tech companies.
But as a man always wear formals.
Shoes, never sandals.
You have to dress well to make an impression. Don't half ass it.
So I wanted to ask how should on dress up for a corporate internship. Are Indian formals allowed (Kurtis) or only western formals. If it's western formals is blazer compulsory for interns? Also what kind of footwear should one wear? Can it be shoes or sandals? Can it just be black or anything which isn't too fancy will work?
