30 LPA, with 4.5 lakhs as performance bonus and rest fixed monthly retainer. For further reference, A2 is 23.50 LPA and SA1 is 40. Also, everyone at a given level makes the same, there are no ever-flexible bands, unlike CAM and the like.
Retainer information is correct, but the reason they've started paying that much is because attrition has gone out of control across all offices. Delhi and Gurgaon can hardly retain anyone below SA and their only option was to lateral in people at such high offers that they made it uniform across each level.
