Yes, it's unfortunate. Their sentiments are right, but their methods are inappropriate.
You are part of the problem. Every time a bajrang dal guy does something utterly stupid, he knows he has the indirect support of the a huge chunk of fools like you. People like you never fail to amaze me. Also, their sentiment is only to spread hatred, all the way. So sentiments ain't right either.
Gandhi's movement was against British oppression, exploitation and rule, not against Christianity or Christmas. He never taught (or even implied, in any of his teachings) to reject/ oppose either!
Hindu rashtra. After some years, there will be a new constitution which will be called something else.Idelogically, it is clear that the present ruling dispensation wants India to be the Hindu republic of India. They are against a secular, inclusive and democratic idea. They don't think India is a melting point of different cultures.
AHH. CMON.

You can create a Muslim Rashtra, Christian Rashtra etc.

Hindu Rashtra? NO WAY.

In India - there is a big dividing factor - Caste. It's more important than anything else. If there is a Hindu Rashtra which caste will do what? There will be conflicts.

Even if a Hindu UC marries a Jain or an UC Christian/Muslim, it doesn't result in a war. But marry across caste likes (Upper/OBC to SC/ST) and you will be killed.
Really unfortunate. Moreover, these idiots are being encouraged by the media and public. Which makes them immune from legal action. Seeing all this, I feel Covid-19 ought to comeback. At least back then, such hateful episodes were non-existent as all Hindus, Christians, Muslims etc were gasping for breadth equally! You see, a Pandemic is inevitable, it is either the hate or Covid. Of which, Covid seems to be a better alternative as we die in one spirit and mind, without hate. Peace.
If India was truly secular, accommodating and a melting pot of cultures, doubt if the likes of yogi would be in such positions of authority. there are members of parliament who openly advocate medieval superstitions such as drinking urine and people gather in hoards to vote them to power. tells you a bit about India
