Btw why are Litigators extremely deferential to their paying clients to the point of kissing ass ? Why are there elements of the hospitality sector culture in this ? By default people call their clients "sir" or "madam" unless insisted otherwise. One has to shave everyday (as a guy), wear good quality suits (tailored if you have a paunch) and shoes must be polished every day. Why all the appearances ?
1. Litigation prospects depends upon the state you work in. If your state is economically sound = more litigation volume = more money in longer term. Tier 2/3 cities has low cost of living so always keep that in mind (you'll not mint money as people do in Delhi /mumbai)
2. Always start with trial court even if it doesn't pays you well, it's the investment you are making in your profession not the otherway around.
