I wish to pursue a career in IP litigation. Is joining IRA Law under Geetanjali Maβam a good career move? People say that attrition is super high. Whatβs the buzz? Demanding work environment or something else? Please help.
I interned at IRA Law and the people there are amazing and really knowlegable about what they do. Had some opportunities to work with Geetanjali as well and the work was interesting but mostly trademark-related. I'm not sure about the pay though, they all seemed to leave office at around 7-7:30 (which meant that I had to leave too haha).
Maybe work for sometime and shift once you've learned enough.
Could anyone working there presently or before share insights on the work culture and pay? Insights on any complex or cutting edge mandates that they are staffed on (advisory/ disputes) would also be much appreciated.
