What’s the per PQE increase in salary at CAM

As shared to us by CAM during pre-placement talk:

Salary (in lakhs - max including bonus)
A0: 16

A1: 21

A2: 26

A3: 33

SA1: 42

SA2: 50

PA: 60-80

Partner: 30% more than last year

can a PA1 attest to this.

I am not a PA but I think it's more or less correct. Consider a 10% fluctuation on either side for the posts till SA2

Question about PQE : CAM took A0s effectively in September 2023 (ignoring the 10 days of August mostly spent in Induction). So when do these A0s become A1s? One calendar year later (i.e., September 2024) or, at the end of present financial year (i.e., March 2024)?
