I don't know why my comment got a lot of hate.
I haven't worked in her team. I don't know how she is as a person. I am talking from a client's perspective. My boss is a client. No client usually cares about work culture within a firm or team - as far as it doesn't impact deliverables or work you want to get done.
If you are a client - she is the best lawyer on the market despite the excessive highly inflated bills. She gets things done - on time. Available all the time, work is premium. If you outsource work to them- you don't have to worry about the same.
There are dozens of anti trust lawyers in the Indian market. If clients are paying a premium for her - it obviously means she is somewhat competent. Remember, Legal departments across Asia have a lot of pressure to cut external costs these days.
