We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

You may dislike a person or a group of people, but who are you to judge a practice that is repeatedly chosen by all big clients- India and abroad to represent them.
They are not dumbing down clealrly!
It has become a trend to come to LI and vent for those who cannot keep up maybe.
Trilegal comp team thrives on this information asymmetry of foreign clients.
Also, the quality of the team is something I doubt. I'm sure they have some good people but in general just putting a couple of EU case laws does not make you the best competition lawyers in town. Specially when your pleadings lack consistency in logic and law.
I don't know why my comment got a lot of hate.
I haven't worked in her team. I don't know how she is as a person. I am talking from a client's perspective. My boss is a client. No client usually cares about work culture within a firm or team - as far as it doesn't impact deliverables or work you want to get done.
If you are a client - she is the best lawyer on the market despite the excessive highly inflated bills. She gets things done - on time. Available all the time, work is premium. If you outsource work to them- you don't have to worry about the same.
There are dozens of anti trust lawyers in the Indian market. If clients are paying a premium for her - it obviously means she is somewhat competent. Remember, Legal departments across Asia have a lot of pressure to cut external costs these days.
This statement is true for their various other teams as well, so maybe that's the culture that they're guarding?
She mints a lot of money - without her; the firm would loose a chunk of money; Infact she is the most competent and elite antitrust lawyer in India or even Asia AFAIK. When it comes to bills - her bills even outpace that of AM100's.
1. Work culture: 0
2. Pay scale: 10
3. Scope for growth: Depends whether the partner develops a personal liking for you - does not have to do anything with your work quality
