I have heard a few people say that your salary at least in the first 2-3 years depends on the college you come from. Apparently nlu grads get more than non-nlu grads? Eg: if a nlu grad is getting a 20 lakh package , a non nlu grad will get 15 lakh for the same job at the same firm. Is this true ?
