Dear LI, Please be gracious and give me a rundown on the disputes practice run by Mr. Kingshuk at KCO. Work environment, potential toxicity, upsides, downsides, the works. In case there are people I need to watch out, give me the initials ;)
The partner himself is good-tempered and reasonable. Standard law firm working hours. You may even get 2 Sundays off every week.
Kingshuk is a nice guy. He is quite humble coming from an old school firm like Wadia.
All the best.
Not at all.

The treatment to interns and associates is very different. Your mental health will be severely affected if you work here. Can ask ex-employees of the team. It is a life time traumatising experience. Wish no one has to go through such hell hole. Amen.
Request the associates and ex associates to shed some light on it. Will be helpful as I will sit for PPO interviews. But looks like this is not a nice place to work at all.
Not he isnโ€™t. PERIOD.

Request the associates to share their experience as what I have gathered information about the team is that, it looks good to work with but once you are in the fence, itโ€™s a different gameplay altogether.
If you want to make it big in life, join manavendra. He reminds me of Dhoni - calm as a cucumber.
โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ. Will help to know about other teams in KCO disputes. Seems Raj team is good and the real estate arb team is good - as per my co interns. Bump
Joke on you RVK. avoiding work now as well. Busy playing TT with your another kaamchor colleague.

Commenting on LI and gossiping is the main job it seems. XOXO.

Moderator can you stop hiding the truth and publish the post
I donโ€™t understand who will bring out the reality of this team. High time!!
In a gist

Team is governed by two people. One โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ and โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ with โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ.
Seriously they make people suffer like anything. Wishing no one joins and go through this trauma
Down fall will come soon. Donโ€™t worry my boy / girl
Yes if you are a senior. Def you can wfh and take leaves whenever you want.
Both the PAs sit together. Comes from same college.
This is in reference to - team governed by remark. I think it is clear to them now.
Yes, you can discuss your travel plans with your seniors. Specifically Thailand, Vietnam, Bali and Europe. They often go there.

They get minimum 15 days paid leave
Ya can second that. They also make team members including freshers and juniors to spend their 2 months ka salary on ONE 4-day trip because the PA wants to do it lavish...
I would be grateful for any insights on how candidates with a commercial litigation and arbitration background are typically considered for A1 roles in his team
