I am doing my llb London. Itβs a 3 year program and I came here right after high school.
According to the bar council, I must either become a barrister or a solicitor or do a bridge course at one of the NLUs.
However if I did the same degree after 3 years of undergrad, the bar council would recognise it.
How is this fair?

Should I approach the courts or write to the bar council?
Thanks.
