Why are facts contested for this? Don't think that anything is wrong in this.
I think on the counsel practice point for junior lawyers part. It maybe true for established counsels, but don't think it's accurate for junior lawyers who start counsel practice.

Not correct. Most of the advocats attemting to establish themselves in the SC, draft and plead. Few may not. AOR has its own utility and are needed for filing in the SC but necessarily they do the drafting in eacvh matter that they file.
I don't know what's more weird, the fact that this guy couldn't figure out how to use the quote feature, or that he thinks shitting on someone asking genuine questions is funny.

Their ability to get any senior at a moments notice... especially Mahesh Seasoned litigation guys. Better than the other litigation firms around. Most tier 1 firms don't understand how litigation works.

2. Ability to bring fancy Sr. Counsel to court whenever matter reaches;
3. Delivering desired result by hook or by crook!
