This problem is in CAs as well. Its not about the college but the number of attempts it took to clear your CA final. You you clear in 1st attempt you will geta lot of opportunities but if you clear in 6-7th attempt you will have to start from a much lower salary.
"Firms don't even bother seeing their CV because they are from a T3 NLU."

Is this true?
Yes. Even after working for 5 yrs you'll still be considered on par with a fresh if you manage to be placed in top law firms after many years from graduation. It's really all about optics and networking in top law firms and they have candidates only from top law schools

Why isn't this "facts contested", R? Do you agree with this?
DU se B.COM Honours krne ke baad law pursue krskte haina?
If money is your sole criterion, I suggest becoming a politician. But, you need to be a next level person to become one. chose your options wisely.
Lol CAs easily start with 15+ too. You have to get into T1 law firm equivalents.

Unless your aim is to become a top level litigator or a judge, go for CA.

Corp jobs in law
Most lawyers start at far less. The tier one firms hardly employ 2% of the law graduates in any given year.
CAs dont start with 15. The ones with rank start around 12. The ones with a lot of attempts have to even start with as low as 4-5.
big 4 wont even see your cv if you are becoming ca after 2 attempts, at least kaafi cases m pvt college k students bhi hustle krke corporate law m ate h t1 firms m but ca m esa nhi h .
grass is always greener on other side
