Separate out the law school and law firm posts, at the very least.
Why would anyone want to work for law firm? Lekin karte hai na bhai.
of course, this is the valuation based on current traffic, it only projects a modest growth.

it does not take into account goodwill, other IPs, historical user data etc.
Traffic to LI would have much higher before it stopped publishing news and became redit/quora for NQs and law students. So the valuation needs to take that into account traffic from the period when LI used to publish news - no?
I’m curious to know why anybody would want to buy LI?
I agree R. But, OP here asked if they can buy legallyIndia or not ? :p Tell us if there is an offer on the table.
ToI has more circulation over FT- just saying based on readership figures.
Except in Covid times when you can't find a hospital bed at any cost
There's a reason why ToI has massive circulation and probably more valuable then FT. We love our trash content.
5 cr? There are surely not more than 300 active users on Li. 5 cr would mean 1.6 lakh per user. Even facebook just makes $29 per user.
Offer to take a positive interaction of these students for free. Please let me know a way to contact them.

Aagaye LI khareedne, this R in the making, all over again.
If you have the capital, go for B&B instead. B&B is like FT and LI is like ToI
I value Legally India at 5+ crores easy. If it is anything less than that, request Kian to please announce a public hunt and will be in race to acquire this platform. Alongside all the other people. Can promise to retain the culture as well.
maybe change the website layout? make it more like a forum?
