We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Secondly, FB's REVENUE is $29 per user ($85 billion revenue from 2.95 billion users). That's not the market cap, which is $960 billion :-) That makes FB's valuation $325 per user (approx).
So Kian/LI.....how much? :-)
it does not take into account goodwill, other IPs, historical user data etc.
it does not give unique user number, but using standard proxy of 1:30, it will be 3k for LI.
so using a very lazy (no growth) valuation of $3 per user, the valuation would be $9k. This is the absolute minimum valuation.
then we can add potential for growth, fixed advert rev etc. which will be more qualitative. If we model a post growth 3 year fixed income of $1k pm, then we have +$40k; if the userbase can be increased to 3-4 times then the ad rev can improve by 50%, plugging that we have a 3 year valuation of +$15k
so the valuation ceiling will be somewhere around $65k
Aagaye LI khareedne, this R in the making, all over again.
