Employers ask for last payslip for that reason, though idk if firms/ELP does
ELP's books aren't doing good. Nobody is staying around for long.
Can someone confirm this? No information within the firm on this
Heard ELP has announced increments and bonus. What's the latest pay structure guys?

She can, but mostly people (with dignity) don't, coz by chance the recruiter finds out the real pay out it would result in a straight blacklist
They pay lesser than Lexygen. You should be trying there. They will not discriminate on your previous pay. If you have experience you could easily get around 30-35L for 3-4 years pqe
If they wanted to, they would've asked him/her about his/her current pay/expectations
How will they get to know about the OP's current CTC though?
Are you the OP?
If yes, congrats. If no, then :'( fellow aspirant
Was this for the International trade law associate that was posted on ELP trade watch LinkedIn page?
Unfortunately ELP is the firm with the most discriminated pay. Not to dishearten you but there's a good chance of the latter happening
Any idea of salaries at ELP? I have given the interview recently and mostly would get in. Also my current CTC is a real downer. Does ELP have standardisation for remuneration or I will be screwed because of my current CTC?
