Law firms and legal seniors need to be named and shamed on this practice. It's an outright exploitation in the name of tradition.

It’s a major delusion with regards to engineering students only few companies give a good package major engineering students are still jobless. With CA only big 4 have a good package that also if one clears CA within a span of 4 years. Not saying that law grads are paid a lot. But giving you a general picture.
