We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.
Therefore, in using the site, you must agree to do your best to uphold these community guidelines.
Note that what you find here is written and moderated by anonymous people on the internet.
Therefore everything you read here is very likely unverified, rumour, speculation and/or downright false.
In continuing to read anything here, you must therefore agree not to take anything you read here as factual and that you will exercise due caution, diligence and common sense before acting on any information you may come across here.
You also agree to report any inaccurate or malicious comments with the buttons. Moderators take action within 24 hours, as required and appropriate under law.
Our full terms and conditions apply too.
Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
1) No such notification by BCI, atleast my Dad who is a full time member of bar council, could not find one
2) This is not the font that BCI uses in its official or internal notifications
3) BCI would never use the words:-
a) "false notions in the mind of speaker" thereby giving out their own opinion and decision before any disciplinary meeting
b) "bar court of India" seriously? Everyone is buying this?
c) "recognising authority" ? Okay! Seriously when did bci start calling itself the "recognising authority"
d) "Necessary action be taken against shruti pandey" okay? No salutations and btw in an official process the "recognising authority" usually confirm if the person in the video is actually the person we are claiming
e) ohh so BCI has become so big that it now in its official documents starts taking jibes at ministry of education by the "institution of eminence" remark and BCI uses the word "hateful propaganda" and not "hate speech" okay okay
f)" Ministry of education of education is also requested to enquire into the matter and takes appropriate action" (grammatical errors too) when did BCI start sending suggestive orders to Ministry of Education in a tone that Supreme Court of India uses?
And bci does not write "thanking you" in the end lmao
With all these legal stalwarts on LI, everybody fucking bought it. This is not even written by a fourth or fifth year law student, this is written by a first or second year and it is disappointing that he/she/they manipulated and fooled people much senior than them so easily
