Nevertheless definitely the judgement and the obiter is flawed but that doesn't mean the wokes go around bashing everything they don't approve of.
As for being a liberal, political ideology is a spectrum but unfortunately woke popular culture struggles only with the left and the right. Clearly, the relationship between the individual and the State varies deeply between the two. The left almost always has been in favour of a strong State, state intervention into personal liberties and persecution of it's dissenters. Liberals have been fighting for minority rights, homosexual rights, women's rights, against abortion and everything else that the left has supposedly hijacked from us to sell your forsaken ideology. Your readings must have also included the persecution of all those entities mentioned during every communist regime that has and will exist.
Your comments and what you identify as defies logic by miles but still you have the right to your opinion. It's the left that that perfected the art of cancel culture.
