Uh, why is this trollish, R? This doesn't even call for cancelling the faculty. How's this any different qualitatively from the OP?
By "mistake", you mean a technical glitch like pressing the wrong button by mistake? Or is your ideological / political bent itself a mistake?
When left does it its called cancel culture. When right does it its just not agreeing?
When right wing cancels people. It is justified.
Ye 'intellegentsia' word abhi seekha hoga...

Just hear her carefully before trolling urself.
So much censorship on this thread of comments criticising the professor. LI itself is an example of cancel culture.
Its like saying - if you ever watched a crime happen, and did nothing - you are a criminal.
The ultra left profs would continue to defame Hindus this way but if you try to say otherwise then you're a bhakt, sanghi, racist, racist, Nazi sympathizer, islamophobic bastard. Actions have consequences, you speak shit you get shit.
Which professor? You must give proof as it is a serious accusation.
Only if I answer the first question will I have to answer the second. I choose not to do so. If you know, you know
Are NUJS students planning to issue a statement of solidarity? The matter is escalating very fast. RW handles are relentlessly tagging Naveen Jindal and demanding the expulsion of the professor.
Hatred makes you blind. Please use your brain before supporting a liar just because OPIndia is standing against her.
Even Jindal students don’t stand in solidarity with her, why do you expect it from other institutions? We do not support her and thankfully our student council has kept mum on the issue. She made that contentious comment and she has to own up to it.
Nikal na, lavde.

(I know this won't pass moderation, but I try)

Right ho! All threads, other than this, on this issue will no longer be published.

1. Chinmayi has left NLUD long back.
2. She has not expressed support for what Prof. Pandey had said, but condemned the practice of illegal recording of lectures and then releasing the recording with the intention to bully.
Do not try to dilute. Chinmayi has clearly shown solidarity.
I am hoping that the NUJS SJA issues a statement of solidarity, as it has often done in the cause of human rights.
Agar bolne mein sharam nahi hai toh twitter pe jane pe bhi nahi hogi naa?

Seriously though, if her views are correct/not objectionable, then what’s the problem with being put on twitter?
